How I Work
I partner with senior centers, Area Agencies on Aging, nonprofits, and other aging-services organizations to turn promising ideas into well-designed, fundable, and measurable programs. Our work begins with listening closely to your goals, community context, staffing capacity, and the needs of the older adults you serve.
From there, I help develop programs that are evidence-informed, realistic to implement, and meaningful to participants. I also support grant strategy by identifying aligned funding opportunities, bringing the right partners together, and writing proposals that clearly communicate the need, program design, evaluation plan, and potential impact. My goal is to help organizations secure resources, demonstrate results, and improve older adults’ health, wellbeing, connection, and quality of life.
